Terms

xhash.cash Terms of Use

These terms describe how exchange orders are created, paid for, and executed through xhash.cash.

Acceptance

The user accepts these terms when creating an order, sending a deposit, or continuing to use the website. Acceptance applies to the current operation and to the user's later actions on the service.

Funds status

The service is not a deposit, banking, or custodial platform and does not maintain user balances. Funds are processed only for a specific order and are not intended for long-term storage by the service.

Order details

Before payment, the user is shown the main exchange details: route, amount, estimated rate, expected payout, deposit address, order validity period, and applicable fees. Sending funds to the displayed address means acceptance of those details.

Execution process

The user independently sends the asset to the deposit address specified in the order. Processing begins after the funds are received and the required number of confirmations is reached in the relevant network.

Fees

The total cost of an operation may include the service fee and the blockchain network fee. Network fees depend on the selected network, current load, and the rules of the relevant blockchain, so actual costs may differ between exchange routes.

KYC/AML

The service does not conduct KYC identification of users and does not perform AML checks on assets. KYC is not required to use the service and will never be required. At the same time, the user confirms the lawful origin of the assets, the legality of the operation, and independent compliance with applicable legal requirements.

User responsibility

The user is responsible for selecting the correct coin and network, providing accurate addresses, sending a sufficient amount, meeting the payment deadline, and ensuring that the receiving wallet is available. Operations should be performed only in jurisdictions where such actions are permitted.

Liquidity

xhash.cash operates as a technical interface for crypto-asset exchange. Orders may be executed through decentralized protocols, external decentralized liquidity sources, and the service's own liquidity pools.

Risks

Crypto-asset exchange involves market volatility, blockchain delays, technical failures, and actions of third-party protocols or wallets. xhash.cash is not responsible for user mistakes, incorrectly selected networks, or external system delays.
